Shipping policy

Items are currently PRE-ORDER. Shipping time can take 6-8 weeks, especially for custom items. 

ORDER PROCESSING

• Made-to-order items: Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for production before shipping.
• Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3-5 business days unless noted otherwise.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been processed.

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking.
• Wacovki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier directly.
• If a package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at wacovki@gmail.com within 48 hours.
  CUSTOM ORDERS
• Full payment is required upfront. Custom orders are non-refundable.
• Changes cannot be made once production has started.
• Rush orders (4 Day TAT) are subject to availability. Customer must pay shipping.
