1. Custom Orders & All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that work may begin immediately, including but not limited to design, sourcing materials, and production.
Once any stage of production has begun, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be permitted.

2. Design Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, and design details prior to production.
By approving a design, you confirm that all details (including spelling, colors, sizing, and layout) are correct. Wacovki is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for delivered digital products, completed services, or approved custom orders.
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

4. Turnaround Times & Production
All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production timelines may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, and material availability.
Delays may occur and do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

5. Customer Communication & Delays
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase, including shipping addresses and any required customization details.
If additional information or confirmation is needed, delays in customer response may result in delays in production and delivery.
Wacovki is not responsible for delays caused by lack of response, incomplete information, or failure to approve designs in a timely manner.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Transit interruptions, weather events, or customs holds
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

7. Digital Products & Services
All digital products, downloads, and custom services are considered delivered upon access or completion and are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability
